This is the stuff that comes out of the
south end of a
northbound bovine. In other words, it is
cattle feces, or simply
bullshit.
Cow manure can be both a boon and a bane. Gardeners and organic farmers use it for fertilizer. It can also be processed into natural gas. However, when there's lots of cow manure around and it rains, it can become runoff. Manure runoff can pollute water supplies, and like any fertilizer can contribute to algal blooms and other forms of ecological upset.
It also stinks.
