Hilarious
1980s bike accessory. Came in packs of ten or so, but most kids got them either off the
market (stolen) or from out of packs of
Shreddies. I personally had 81 on my
BMX.
The basic premise: Little plastic things that snapped around your bike spokes and then slid up and down the spoke as the bike wheel rotated, making pleasant (read 'annoying') 'clacking' noise. Available in many colours, but the favourite was
neon.
Ideal teamed with
bread tags on brake cables.
