golden lamps glow gray and white
Her head falls soft upon your lap
stardust fills the night

don't think that she's asleep
She is the wizard's handmaid
she only plays for keeps

as payment for her sin
She's only got you this far because you let her in
There's one way out, the way you came
It's dark and cold that way
