That which does not kill me, makes me stronger (idea)

A well-known phrase from the book Götzen-Dämmerung (or in English: Twilight of the Idols), written by the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche.
I wanted this also to be some kind of Nietzsche metanode, so here goes.

'Humorous' variations on this line that I have found on Everything:

• What doesn't kill you can only make you stronger (a critic of the phrase)
• What doesn't kill you can only fuck you up for a really, really long time (another, more verbose critic)
• That which does not kill me makes me breakfast
• That which doesn't kill me postpones the Inevitable
• What you don't know can quite possibly kill you (well, a distant variation at least)
• That which does not kill us, makes us Stranger
• That which does not kill me has made its last mistake
