These are the names of two used car dealerships in Westminster, CO.

Rocky’s is to used car dealerships as Microsoft is to operating systems; almost complete saturation of the market. Some enterprising car dealers thought it creative and cute to play on this and named their dealership Bullwinkle’s, which is directly across the street from Rocky’s. This is a little strange as Rocky’s is much larger than Bullwinkle’s, not true in the cartoon.

They should all be shot.

Desired, yet improbable poetic justice: Jay Ward and Bill Scott are resurrected and they do an episode Peabody’s Improbable History where the proprietors Rocky’s and Bullwinkle’s crappy dealerships are put in the Wayback Machine and left in Ancient Egypt.

As an aside, RockyRocky’s is involved in one of the most annoying mudslinging advertising battles with their major competition.
