There's no such thing as reverse racism. Discrimination against any group based on race is racism, even if they are in the majority. The whole concept of "reverse racism" is preposterous and frustrating.

I understand where this term comes from: Discriminating against white people is somehow "reverse racism." Affirmative action, some people believe, is an example of "reverse racsism." And while I agree that affirmative action isn't perfect, without it, I think things would probably be a lot worse.

I think, rather than worrying about which kind of racism is worse, we should rather just strive to not be racist at all. Give it a shot, I dare you.
