More likely to cause an aneurysm rather than brain freeze, this nonstop live mix by DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist is constructed almost entirely from 45's. Recorded in two uninterrupted takes as a rehearsal for the Future Primitive Sessions gigs, the madly paced album sends even the most avid hip hop trainspotter up the river looking for Kurtz, with its 70s funk rarities, Kung-fu promo samples, and 7-Eleven advertising puns.

As each side of the record is a mix of uncleared samples, there is no official track listing. However, the collective pedantry of alt.music.hiphop developed the following list.
