Air Transat is a small Canadian charter airline. Their entire fleet is 23 planes (as of 2001). Transat focuses on tourist destinations; in the winter they primarily fly from Canada to Mexico and the Caribbean, and in the summer to Europe.

It is perhaps best known for Air Transat Flight 236, which almost crashed on a trans-Atlantic flight, but managed to glide to safety.

Transat A.T. Inc. is based in Montreal and is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
