This medal, created on September 7, 1928, was given to those citizens who had excelled in
labor(go figure!),
science, or
culture. A medal as beautiful as
Order of People's Friendship IMHO.
Consists of a giant steel-colored wheel sitting atop gold wheat and a red star, and inside the wheel is a ring of gold encircling a blue disk that holds a giant hammer and sickle. A red flag labled CCCP flay over the medal, which dangles on a blue and purple ribbon.
