Traditional DOC way to sign a letter dealing with burly stuff.
Example: Say I write to the trails chair of Cabin and Trail, telling them what a fucking mess has been made of the ranger trail on Smarts Mountain. Maybe the blazes are faded, maybe there's a big blowdown blocking the path, maybe the vegetation just needs to be brushed back a bit. I would detail what work needed to be done, what tools I felt it would require, and exactly where the problem was; the closing would look like this:
