Don't work so much that you forget to live.1

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive;
and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

-- Maya Angelou

Work-life balance refers to the equilibrium between a person's professional and personal life. It means finding a healthy balance between time spent on work commitments and time dedicated to personal activities such as hobbies, family, and rest.

A good work-life balance allows individuals to be productive and fulfilled in their professional lives while also having time to relax, recharge, recuperate, and enjoy their personal lives. It's about managing time effectively and setting boundaries to avoid burnout and stress (and all the little health issues they contribute to).

Don't forget that the key here is healthy, and that includes mental, physical, and emotional health. We are meant to do more than merely exist. As the old saying goes, Don’t measure your success by how much you get done; measure it by how much you enjoy each part of your life.
