Toilets used by both sexes, at the same time. For this reason, even the urinals are in a stall so no-one is offended.

The first (Going co-ed in the late sixties.) unisex toilet I know about is the toilet at Blindern Studenthjem, a dorm for lucky students in Oslo. The basement of the dorm is actually made to be a bathhouse in the mid-1800's, as well as a recreational area. Now the pool is turned into a bar, the sauna is a chill-out zone but there's still just one huge toilet. They can't rebuild the toilet since it's under protection by Riksantikvaren so it's simply unisex. But it's nice anyway, with sound system (sometimes a DJ) and a piano. And if you're a guy, it helps to have a beer or two before going to the bathroom just to lose the fear of peeing (See diagram). At the beginning of a party, everyone is a bit uptight, but they get over it, and think the unisex thing is a good thing.
