Originally designed as a forum for intelligent conversation about the Toronto rave scene and electronic music, it quickly devolved into brainless banter from just about every pseudo intellectual in the Toronto Rave Crew, especially in the general forum. Think something awful forums but neither funny nor clever. The signal to noise ratio decreased significantly when the Hullabaloo general forum was closed and it has never recovered.
