A smaller, and usually thinner,
tortilla (
corn tortilla, that is). The tortillitas are used to make
tacos de canasta and
tacos al pastor.
They are a sort of a specialty item, so generic
tortillerias will not have them. You get them from an old woman in a market. They are usually hand-made.
