A method of tooth removal used by nearly every child at some point or other in their life.

The basic idea is to tie one end of a long piece of string to your tooth, and the other end to a door knob. The door to which the string is attached starts out in the open position. There must be very little slack in the string. The door is then slammed shut.

Usually the tooth is removed from the gums by this procedure. Unfortunately, it can take several tries. I know, I tried it.
