their music is kind of
bluesy, altogether
punk. the lead singer,
beth ditto, has a great, strong voice, and to sing anything less than blues with it would be a waste. thus, their music is
energetic and
compelling, lightyears away from some other hipster bands, with their
mumbled lyrics and
guitar-on-its-deathbed.
they go
on tour again in october.
