A shitagi dorobou is used to refer to a person who steals women’s underwear. It refers to men who steal women's underwear - I haven’t ever heard of a woman hentai enough to steal underwear. But, of course there are firsts for everything.
One day, I was over at my ex-girlfriend’s place and before we went out for dinner, she brought all of her laundry that was hanging outside to the inside of her apartment. I curiously asked her why, and she explained that a shitagi dorobou had stolen her underwear recently.
