Thai Red Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
-2 tsp
Cooking Oil
-2 tsp
Red Curry Paste
-3 or 4
Chicken Breast Fillets, in bite-sized pieces
-2 cans
Coconut Milk
-1 can
bamboo shoots, drained and sliced
-3 or 4
Lime Leaves
-1 sliced
Zucchini
-Salt and Pepper
-4 or 5 tsp
Fish Sauce
1. Fry the red curry sauce in the oil for a couple of minutes.
2. Lower the heat and add the chicken.
3. Cook the chicken until golden brown, then add the
coconut milk,
lime leaves, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 10 or 15 minutes.
4. Add the
bamboo shoots and
fish sauce, and
simmer for another couple of minutes.
5. Add the zucchini. When the zucchini is soft, the dish is ready to be served.
