"Pussy-whipped" is a slang phrase used to mean a guy who is under the control of a girl. The guy is “whipped” in the senses that he will do anything and everything for said girl. Also he will do almost anything she asks. The guy puts his whole life on hold for her. This happens most often when a woman realizes that a man is weak-willed and will do almost anything to keep her, so she starts to take advantage of this.
