In
Sanskrit word "puraka" means inhale. Common
jargon heard in any
yoga training hall.
Usually puraka is associated with marshalled pranayama practice ie. used by instructor to inform aspirants to inhale (possibly before a while of sustained breath retention ie. kumbhaka).
