This is a song by Ween, from the album
The Pod.
Of course, there is not much to this song lyrics-wise; it's hardly worth noding. However, the fact that most of this is incomprehensible mumbling and muttering is a perfect illustration of what kind of band Ween is; they can record things like this and still sell a record.
I once had a friend who was a big Smashing Pumpkins fan, who said he would buy anything of theirs; he said, "If Billy Corgan farted on a drum, I'd buy it." Ween is the type of band that can get fans that are loyal enough to buy something that includes songs like these.
Most of the Pod is made up of noise that is not particularly melodic, yet it does have its gems, and they more than redeem themselves for the shortcomings of this album in their later albums.
(Incidentally, the lyrics of the song just involve them muttering "moving away. yeah.")
