Used to refer to the
morals of a
person. For example: "He seems to have a good
moral fiber." Usually this statement just means that the person's
morals seem to
jive with the speaker's
moral outlook.
Also used as in "She has a strong moral fiber." Meaning that the person is very moral. Once again this reveals something about the speaker too since morals are subjective.
