A 1965 LP by Herbie Hancock, one of his early jazz hits. It featured the Miles Davis rhythm section: Hancock, bassist Ron Carter, and Tony Williams; the horns were Freddie Hubbard and Davis alum George Coleman. The music was fairly typical of many Blue Note records of the day, rooted in modal jazz (plus, here, the Hancock magic) - e.g. the title track, one of his most well-known tunes. "Little One" was also done by the Davis quintet. This music made a return in the 70s/80s, via VSOP.
