Do you really want to send linefeed a message saying you like their work?
The eleventh code in the ASCII, called also a newline. I guess its supposed to feed the paper one line forward trough the printing mechanism. Sometimes preceded by CR (13, carriage return), forming CRLF .
On UNIX-like operating systems it is the character that begins a new line. On crackhead platforms it is not so: the Macintosh uses a carriage return, and DOS/Windows uses a carriage return follwed by a linefeed (thus a Windows text file displays properly on both *nix and Mac OS).
