The apposition of the Lacrimal Bone (the smallest bone in your body) and the Maxilla (your upper jaw). This is considered to be a Harmonic suture, as each bone meets without overlapping. Also known as sutura lacrimomaxillaris, the Lacrimomaxillary suture occurs medially along the wall of the orbit (eye socket).
