Korpisoturi ("woodland warrior") is the name with which Finnish soldiers are often called. This term is generally used of the soldiers who fought during the second world war.

The woodland warriors are often described as really infernally efficient fighters who have general dislike of authority. This doesn't mean the Finns were bad to take orders; They were just bad to take orders for sake of taking orders.

(I'll add more stuff about these folks when I'll get the cool book that told everything about the Finnish soldiers during WWII =)
