Currently, we here at Everything2.com are experiencing writing at roughly a micropierce level. Some writers are probably as good as a millipierce, and the rare few are writing decipiercely. But seriously, no one here, right now, is as good as jessicapierce was when she was at her prime.
We held her writing in high esteem. It was spare, austere, funny, irreverent, blunt and right to the core, like an arrow flying to its target.
I can't compare William Shakespeare. Was he kilopierce level? Megapierce?
Will we ever get a writer who is ten times better than jessicapierce? A hundred?
