Very little known of
medical procedure which can dramatically increase the
sexual pleasure of some women.
Basically some women have a slightly enarged clitoral head that partially obstructs their clitoris.
From what I hear this is a relatively minor surgery. Essentially they just remove a small piece of skin (the hood) from around the clitoris. This leaves the clitoris exposed so that women can enjoy sex more easily.
The only real downside is that now the clitoris is exposed and is more hyper sensitive in normal (non sexual) situations. Most women report that they just get used to this and it isn't a problem.
After the surgery women report a slight pain but nothing that is unbearable.
