In
graffiti slang, a
hang-over refers to a
piece or
tag done on the side of a building, while hanging over the edge of the rooftop. Sometimes
rollers are used for greater size. Anything from a
garden hose to actual
climbing equipment may be used if the writer needs to hang off the side of the building to complete detail work.
Not to be confused with (but often precedes) a hangover...
