Green liquor is the sauce that comes with pie and mash.

Its makeup is unknown, but likely to be not dissimilar to Soylent Green.

The green liquor is made from parsley and eel juice (there are other ingredients but they are secret). The important thing to remember when partaking of pie and mash is to smother it with pepper and vinegar. It don't taste right unless you do.

The other really important thing is that if the place where you are eating it ain't in the East End then it will suck.
