A great microsoft accessibility feature. It can be enabled by holding shift for 5 or more seconds. Filterkeys allows windows to 'ignore brief or repeated keystrokes'. Such as the kind of keystrokes someone who can type faster than single finger 'point and peck' might produce.

Filterkeys can be switched off by right-clicking its button in the system tray. Thank god.
