A track is DJ-friendly if it is especially suitable for being played by a club or rave DJ. The main characteristic of a DJ-friendly track is that it has an intro and ending (which are primarily drums, maybe a bassline and some melody by the end or beginning) which range from at least half a minute to a minute and a half to give the DJ time to mix into and out of the track. Contrast with radio-friendly.
