children. Also used to denote groups of children with the plural 'chiselers'.
Here in
Australia kids are sometimes called
ankle-biters, and the chiseler term seems to
flow in the same vein. ie:
children are small and can damage things and cause pain.
The Fall use the word, with a song called '
Chiselers' and in the refrain sung in the background in '
Chilinism'; "Chisler, Chiseler, Chiseler, You're a god damn chiseler".
