I guess goosebumps is the more common term, but we always referred to them as chillbumps.
This has always been my test concerning music. Music can be crap, it can be OK, it can be good, it can even be great without passing the ultimate test:

They seem to start in the small of your back and work their way out to your extremities. (That's just in case you're a neurosurgeon and you want to cut on some folks to find out what's going on with these little bumps we get on our arms.)
