A deck of cards, each marked with a thing you like to do, that nourishes you: journalling, taking walks, fingerpainting, practicing guitar, renting movies, writing letters, whatever. Whenever you have a few hours to kill, and you know you won't touch your to-do list, reach for your boredom deck and pick a card. Specifically combats empty habits such as watching television or reading trash.
