Slang phrase used to describe an individual (usually a female) who is purported or known to have performed oral sex on a number of males, or for possessing exceptional fellatio skills. The term was popularized by musician Liz Phair in her song "Flower," featured on the Girlysound demo tapes and on her debut album, Exile in Guyville. In the context of Phair's song, being a blowjob queen is a positive aspiration, but it can be used as a pejorative term as well.
