A
finals week stress relief tradition of
UC Berkeley's all-male Bowles Hall dormitory.
At midnight the students gather on the front lawn, or watch from the rooms in one of the wings of the U-shaped building that look down on the lawn. At the stroke of midnight the students join together in the traditional chant:
Alakazoo, Alakazam
Horseshit, God Damn
Witch's Tit, Bloody Cunt
Rah Rah FUCK!
The chant evolves into a primal scream as
Ride of the Valkyries begins to blast from the building and the students on the lawn begin a
water battle royale.
Of course, the Office of Housing and Dining trys to stamp out the tradition whenever possible.
