A common saying around the
software house I work at. Usually said like a
mob bosses
henchman would say it.
Example:
Me: Hey fellow employee, do you have that thing for this project we are working on?
Fellow employee: No "so and so" hasn't given me that other thing I need yet.
Me: You want that I should rough him up boss?
It started as a joke, but its taken on something of a real meaning. If "fellow employee" says "Yeah rough him up," then I go put the screws on "so and so" to get "that other thing" to fellow employee. If fellow says "No that's all right", then he handles "so and so" himself.
