dramatic sounds and someone harmonizing the last few notes. Apparently
Microsoft wanted users to feel they're using an
epic (possibly
angelic)
operating system and are about to embark on
a romantic journey of the soul.
Whatever. I just like it better than
The Microsoft Sound.
