3 Cups Half-and-half or light
cream
2/3 cup white baking pieces or chopped
white chocolate baking squares
3" stick
cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground
nutmeg
1 tsp
vanilla
1/4 tsp
almond extract
Ground cinnamon (optional)
In a saucepan combine 1/4 cup of the half-and-half, baking pieces, stick cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir over low heat till baking pieces are melted. Add remaining half-and-half. Cook and stir till heated through. Remove from heat. Remove stick cinnamon. Stir in vanilla and almond extract. If desired, sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon. Makes 5 (6oz) servings
