Only parts left in
parting

Fingers embedded
There in the bedframe.
Still quivering
As if scribbling.

Toes curled up
white mice
In the wall of your skin.

Teeth--
Bits of plaster
Where the ceiling fell in

Bone grounds
dust the mattress
under your weight.

My tongue on your plate.

These skeleton keys
Are hollow. Piled in the middle of your floor.
Keep them. I have sealed the door.
