Richard Hell's post-Television band - Hell on bass and vocals, Robert Quine (later of Lou Reed's band) and Ivan Julien were the twin lead guitarists (like TV's set-up), and Marc Bell (the future Marky Ramone) on drums. They recorded Blank Generation, a cleaning-out of Hell's TV material (and an NYC punk classic). Fred Maher, later of Bill Laswell's Material (and the New York version of Scritti Politti) took over on drums for Destiny Street.
