Vodka Silver Fizz
Fruity and slightly bitter; a good fizz for Summer. This drink also looks pretty cool.
2 oz. vodka,
1 oz. lemon juice,
3/4 oz sugar syrup,
1 egg white,
Soda water for topping up
Shake all ingredients, except soda water, together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass. Top up with soda water.
