Vitamin B6: also known as Pyridoxine (more specifically, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride). As a vitamin B, it is water-soluble. It is found in foods, such as whole grains, legumes, fish, poultry, liver and some vegetables. Although water-soluble, there have been indications that a dose higher than 200 mg a day could lead to damage of the sensory nerves in the hands and feet. Most vitamin B supplement pills only contain 10-50mg of vitamin B6.
