Victoria row in one block of Richmond Street in downtown Charlottetown. On one side of Victoria row is the Confederation Center of the Arts, on the other are bars and sidewalk cafes in Victorian buildings. In the summer, the street is blocked to traffic and open to pedestrians. It has to "fountains" that look like broken water lines, but really are intended to be there.
