VCDpad is a small unix tool used to fix up
MPEG system streams so that they can be used by
VCD creation programs like mkvcdfs or
VCDImager.
Unfortunately for me, VCDImager now does the work of VCDpad itself, so my program is no longer very useful. I do occasionally use it to try to do simple fixes to some broken MPEGs.
