Abbreviation for United Nations Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention, one of the younger arms of the UN. Founded in 1997, headquartered in Vienna, chaired by Antonio Maria Costa of Italy.

The ODCCP was formed from the joining of several smaller organs, several of which were created at the UN's first assemblies. Its major arms:

UNDCP (United Nations International Drug Control Program), deals with statistics and other intelligence matters.
CND (Commission on Narcotic Drugs), drafts proposals for the General Assembly.
CICP (Center for International Crime Prevention), fights governmental corruption, terrorism, organized crime, etc.
INCB (International Narcotics Control Board), a "quasi-judicial" panel that tries to enforce international counterdrug agreements.
