The Truffle Shuffle is a dance that was shown in the opening scenes of the 80's classic, Goonies. It consists of a fat male (possibly female, it has not been investigated) lifting his shirt and bouncing up and down, thus stimulating the fat around the pectorals and abdomen. This move has been known to be an "icebreaker" among travelling school teams, such as Mock Trial and Debate.
