Tooth Fairy

The Tooth Fairy collects teeth, and is willing to pay a pretty penny for them (or even a pretty quarter in some households). She flies through little children's windows and reaches under the pillow to get their teeth. She hasn't been arrested yet, but we all know it's bound to happen.

WARNING!

If you sleep with your head under your pillow, the Tooth Fairy will come at night and take all your teeth!. Even at $0.25 per tooth and no volume discount, 32 teeth come out at $8.00, which is not a lot of money considering you'll be sipping dinner through a straw for the rest of your life.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

The author Terry Pratchett has a slightly different take on tooth fairies. Not only do they exist (despite various sensible people arguing to the contrary), there are at least three of them and, if they can't find the correct change, they have to remove another tooth. They carry pliers for this purpose. One appears in the Discworld novel 'Soul Music', climbing up a ladder, pliers at the ready, because she hasn't got change for a dollar.
