  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mash up tofu in a bowl, mix everything else in and add pepper to taste
  3. Roll into balls slightly smaller than a ping pong ball, arrange on lined baking sheet
  4. Bake until firm (20+ minutes)
Makes ~16 golf ball sized balls

But what are they good for? I ate them on rice with some soy sauce and brown sugar, you can eat them anyway you like. If you'd like them crispy pan fry them after baking. Don't pan fry them while they're loose they'll just make a mess.

You may also wish to try sensei's tofu ball, pei pah auh fu: tofu balls, which are much more asian in flavour.
